Blue Woods Management Group, Inc. currently manages 45 properties throughout New York City and Nyack, New York. With offices in Manhattan, Westchester, and Rockland, we service a vast variety of cooperatives and condominiums. Our staff of well-trained and knowledgeable property managers manages these properties.  Our senior managers each have a minimum of 10 years of real estate and management experience. All of our managers report directly to Donald E. Wilson and have a support staff that includes administrative staff assistants, experienced accounting personnel, and a dedicated Transfer Department responsible for all resale, sublet, and refinance requests.

The Manager assigned to your property will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of your property’s operations.  Our managers are versatile and skilled in many fields.  We pride ourselves on finding the best possible long-term and cost-efficient solutions by checking doing our homework and not by guess-work.  The managers visit their properties on a regular basis and as a result of that presence, quickly command respect of the staff, gain the trust of residents, and become very familiar with the property.

Blue Woods has kept with the times and equipped their staff with the technology that allows them to view E-Mails while in the office, on the road, and while visiting buildings.  This technology enables our staff to effectively multi-task while maintaining efficient communication. 

Written communication is very important to us at Blue Woods.  Our management team understands the importance of timely and appropriate memorandums, notices and management reports.

In addition, our managers attend all regularly scheduled Board Meetings with prepared meeting agendas, Minutes, and Monthly Management Reports.   We also provide staff supervision, 24-hour a day, seven-day-a-week emergency response, oversee Annual Meetings, Annual Budgets, daily and long-term projects, secure multiple bids for necessary work, develop preventive maintenance programs, assist in long-term capital budgeting and planning, monitor all mechanical systems, oversee inventory control, coordinate minor repairs via the building staff, ensure Local Laws and legislation are being followed,  inspect your property via building-wide walkthroughs on our visits to the property, and review and process alteration requests.
